Breitenbush Ecstatic Immersion

Join our 8th annual convergence of dedicated ecstatic dancers from across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest! This retreat is a unique opportunity to deepen both your movement practice and connection to the greater community. This event is intended for those with a basic foundation in ecstatic dance or similar practices, so that we can drop in together more easefully from the start. Our facilitators mindfully hold the container for this journey, creating a safer space that's grounded in our shared culture of consent and attunement.

Ecstatic Immersion gathers an intimate village of 135 participants with exclusive access to the grounds (no personal retreats during the same weekend). We invite you to choose your own adventure among daily Ecstatic Dances, Contact Improv, Fusion Dance, movement workshops, and meditation journeys. Together, we will bring our magic to beautiful spaces across the land, including the North Wing, the Front Lawn, and the River Yurt.

Breitenbush Ecstatic Immersion includes:

​♥  Four days and three nights at Breitenbush Hot Springs
♥  Full access to all Breitenbush soaking pools, sauna, river, and facilities
♥  A variety of lodging options, from cabin rooms to yurts to canvas tents to vehicle camping to Bring Your Own Tent.
♥  Lodging is inclusive of bountiful, organic, vegetarian meals (3X per day). An optional meal plan is egg-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
♥  Daily Ecstatic Dance sessions, plus workshops and lightly-facilitated classes in other modalities such as Contact Improv, Erotic Blueprints™, Squish Lab, Dancing Eros, vocal toning, and sound bath meditation (no previous experience necessary)
♥  Extra amenities, including organic coffee and late night snacks.

At Breitenbush, with its seven unique pools, cold plunge, and sauna, you'll experience this wonderful rhythm all weekend long. Our dance sessions will deepen your connection to yourself and others, while the mineral-rich waters melt away tension and refresh you. This interplay of movement and stillness creates a truly transformative experience, leaving you deeply connected to your body, the Ecstatic community, and the natural world.
