Please read these important notes before continuing to Breitenbush registration...

Arriving on time
Everyone is required to arrive in time for our opening orientation at 7:15pm on Friday, July 18th—no exceptions.  The purpose of that session is to establish a safer container and the culture of the retreat.

If you need to cancel
The cancellation policy for this event differs from the policy for Personal Retreats at Breitenbush, as follows. Cancellation and refund requests submitted at least 14 days prior to the start date of this event will be accepted, and the full balance will be refunded minus a $100.00 service charge. Requests submitted less than 14 days prior to the start date of this event will be accepted, but a refund will only be applied if the space can be filled either by a new registration or from the event waitlist. The $100.00 service charge will still be collected.

Adding someone to your lodging
Once your lodging registration is complete, you may still add others at any point through July 1st—or until the retreat has reached total capacity of 150—whichever comes first. Please note that some lodging choices require a minimum of double occupancy at the time of booking.

Supporting community
The total package price for this Immersion includes retreat tuition of
$145 per person, which is the minimum sustaining amount to cover event planning, production, DJs, presenters, equipment, and supplies. That rate is intended for participants who are financially marginalized. Please consider an additional contribution to help us offer the BIPOC discount and other scholarships. We suggest an extra $35 per person for folks of moderate means, and an additional $75+ per person for folks with abundant means.*
When you get to Step 6 on the Breitenbush registration site, there will be an opportunity to add a contribution for our Ecstatic community. Thank you for your generosity and support!
